Prices per week:

May: € 2000
June and September: € 2300
July and August: € 3200

From October until the end of April Mas de Comte is closed for rentals.

Deposit on reservation: 25%

The rental fee includes:

• Bed linen
• Kitchen linen
• Bathroom towels (2 per person)
• WIFI, unlimited
• Final cleaning*
• Water and electricity
• Tourist tax

*not included: – guests prior to departure: – clean up the kitchen, removal of bedlinen, tidying up and taking out garbage at departure.

Security deposit:
We ask our guests to leave the house the way they found it. We take a small security deposit of € 350. Obviously we assume we will and hope to find our house in the same state as we left it, so we can pay back the deposit in full.

General:
The day of arrival (from 17.00 hours) and day of departure (at the latest 10.00 hours) are Saturday. If you wish to make use of another arrival or departure day, please contact us. If possible, we will attempt to meet your wishes.
Smoking is prohibited inside all areas of the property – please respect this for safety reasons and the comfort of other guests.
